We use this information to match payments to bookings, issue tickets, communicate with you about your booking, support you with enquiries, and improve our internal service quality.
3. Stripe payment processing
Your card data is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Midnight Travel does not store full card numbers on its own systems. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s own privacy policy.
4. Sharing your information
We may share relevant information with airlines, suppliers, and service providers as needed to complete your booking (for example, issuing a ticket or visa). We do not sell your personal data to marketing lists.
5. Data retention
We retain booking and payment records for as long as necessary to meet legal, tax, and after-sales service requirements, after which data is deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
