Refund Policy

This policy explains how we handle refunds for payments made through the Midnight Travel payment page.

1. Nature of our services

Most of our services depend on airline and supplier rules. Therefore, whether a payment is refundable, and how much can be refunded, is primarily determined by the fare rules of the ticket or service you purchased.

2. Non-refundable tickets

Some tickets, offers, or services are fully non-refundable. In these cases, once issued, no refund is possible except where the airline or applicable law explicitly allows it.

3. Refundable tickets / changes

Where a ticket or service is refundable or changeable, airline or supplier penalties (such as cancellation or change fees) will apply, in addition to any reasonable service fee charged by Midnight Travel for handling the request.

4. Online payments and fees

Bank charges or payment gateway fees related to Stripe transactions may not be refundable when a refund is requested, unless your bank or the provider explicitly permits the reversal of such fees.

5. Incorrect information

If incorrect information is provided by you (for example, misspelled names or incorrect travel dates), any corrections may incur additional costs, and in some cases refunds may not be allowed under the airline or supplier rules.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us using the email or phone number shown on the payment page and provide your booking reference, passenger name, and payment details. We will review the fare rules and inform you what part of the amount, if any, can be refunded.

7. Refund processing time

Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you when we have submitted the refund to the bank or supplier, but we do not control the exact time it takes to reflect on your statement.
